How to Stay Fit For Your Keyholder

The nature of my relationship with my wife makes it desirable for me to stay fit and athletic. I’m expected to wear men’s thong underwear on a daily basis as well as to stay locked in chastity. I love wearing sexy thongs for my wife and I love that she enjoys seeing me in them. Also, part of the dynamic of keeping me locked in chastity is that my wife can enjoy the site of my body as a prelude to sex. She enjoys having a man she views as sexy lavishing her with attention. I want to be able to continue feeling and looking sexy for her, but that requires some work on my part. I currently have a muscular athletic physique which allows me to feel confident in a thong, and I intend to keep it that way. In this post, I’ll describe some of the things I do to stay in shape so I can always look great for my wife.

Nutrition

The saying goes that abs are made in the kitchen, and it’s absolutely true. The most important thing I do is to record everything I eat and drink. Whether you use an app such as My Fitness Pal or you just record everything in a notebook, it doesn’t matter. The simple act of recording your calories forces some accountability on you. 

One thing I like about using an app is that it helps you to track macros and makes it easy to reference your eating and goal history. I can see at a glance how many calories I ate today versus last week, and I can easily track my weight too. It also eliminates the need (in most cases) to look up caloric content and macros of most foods and almost anything you think of will already be in the database.

Most people tend to underestimate their caloric intake. By recording everything, it keeps me honest. With an app, it’s easy to set a weight goal and to honor that by sticking to the recommended calorie and macro intake specified by the app. Of course, it’s important to take this information with a grain of salt and if necessary, consult your physician if you have any medical concerns which would affect how you should be eating.

Sleep

This is an often overlooked aspect of maintaining health. I try to get at least 7-8 hours of solid sleep every night. This is great for both physical and neurological recovery and aids in maintaining a healthy weight. Lack of sleep often results in higher levels of stress (and thus, cortisol), which can lead to weight gain. Poor sleep can also lead to binge eating as well as an overdependence on unhealthy carbohydrates, which can lead to more weight gain.

Water

Drinking water is akin to putting oil in your car. Your body needs it to run smoothly. Water will also help you to flush out unwanted toxins as well as aiding in digestion. You can even use water to fool your body into thinking that it’s full by drinking a few glasses prior to each meal to trick yourself into eating less.

Exercise

Contrary to what many fitness influencers will tell you, putting together an effective exercise program isn’t too complicated. In fact, 20-30 minutes per day is plenty. For general fitness and aesthetics, I advise focusing on functional movements which mimic the types of movements we do in everyday life. These will also recruit more muscles and help to burn more calories as well as working more of the body with fewer movements. In reality, a few exercises will address most of what we need. It’s possible to put together an extremely effective workout routine with just pushups, pullups, squats, overhead presses, and deadlifts just 3-4 times per week. For cardio, try jumping rope, rucking, sprinting, or going on a hike. If you’re so inclined, introduce an activity which requires high levels of strength and conditioning such as boxing or Muay Thai, or even Crossfit. Also, don’t forget to include some mobility and stretching on a regular basis.

It really doesn’t take all that much work. Instead, it requires discipline and most of all, consistency. Try introducing a fitness plan that’s comfortable for you and your lifestyle.
